In an effort to support centers and nurture mediators, CMM is offering FREE In-Service trainings on the 1st Tuesday of every month, beginning February, 2011. The daytime training is 2pm-4:30pm, while the evening training is 6pm-8:30pm.

• 3/6/12 - Strategic Listening Throughout the Mediation Process
• 4/3/12 - "We Reached Impasse...HELP!": Come get advice about your most challenging mediations, and get advice about strategies than may help in the future.

Location:  All the trainings will take place at Community Mediation Maryland, 407 S. Crain Highway, 200 B, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.  Here are directions from 97 to our parking lot:
 
-Take 97 to exit 13, Quarterfield Rd.
-Right onto Quarterfield Rd.
-Left on S. Crain Highway
-Right on 5th Avenue
-Left on Padfield Rd.
-Left into large wide open parking lot.  If you get to 4th St., you've gone too far.
-Enter through the blue door and take the steps or elevator to the 2nd floor.
